For a great south-side beach front luau experience, try the luau dinner and show at the Wailea Outrigger Resort luau grounds. You will be impressed with the large array of
delicious Hawaiian food. Luau starts approximately 6 PM Wednesdays and Saturdays. The entertainment is great and their

Unique Presentation of food and entertainment from South Pacific Islands.Enjoy the sunset at this beautiful beachfront location. The evening begins with a flower lei greeting and a cocktail. This evening show is offered by the sister company of Old Lahaina Luau.
Before each segment of the show, you are served at your own table, an authentically prepared dish consisting of recipes from the island nation being featured during that course - a cultural celebration depicting full dress, dance and music from the island nations of Hawaii, Tonga, Tahiti and Samoa. The show ends with a fire knife dance of Samoa.

Luau starts approximately 5 PM Fridays and Sundays. You are offered a chance to step back in history, and get a taste of the Hawaiian culture, arts, and traditions. The evening begins
with a tram tour of the Maui Tropical Plantation grounds featuring beautiful tropical flowers, Hawaiian agriculture and spectacular view of the West Maui Mountains.
After the ride, you are greeted by a traditional Lagoon Canoe procession and witness the torch lighting and uncovering of the Imu (the Luau Kalua pig which has been cooked
underground).
